Analyse with Voyant

To analyse the full texts of your translations and reception documents, click on the 'Tools' tab on the homepage, then select 'Analyse with Voyant'. 

You will now see an overview of all the translations and reception documents that you have stored in your bookshelf. If there are no files on your bookshelf, you will need to move the relevant files there. For more information, see the 'How to create your own bookshelf' section. 

Select a document from your bookshelf, choose a display format, and then click 'Analyse'. 

The result will be displayed directly below. Hovering over the top of the visualisation, will cause three further symbols to appear to the left of the question mark in the top right-hand corner. These can be used to execute further commands:

a) Arrow symbol: use this to export a URL, an embeddable tool or a bibliographic specification of the visualisation

b) Cuboid symbol: use this to change the visualisation tool for your document

c) Options tool: use this to set the options for the current visualisation. The question mark indicates the type and manner of the current Voyant visualisation.
