Data security, security updates, backups
The DLBT is hosted on a virtual server maintained by the Vienna University Computer Center (ZID) (https://zid.univie.ac.at/) and is protected by a firewall.
The ZID is responsible for maintaining the VI and the software, as well as monitoring the security of the DLBT server.
The DLBT uses the Laravel framework and YARM packages as its technical infrastructure. The Laravel instance and the YARM package are updated monthly.
Backups of the DLBT's MySQL database and file structure are made daily.
