On December 11, 2025, Marc le Clerq and Herbert Van Uffelen, as founders, signed the deed of incorporation of the foundation “Dutch-language literature transnational.”
The foundation's objectives are:
- to promote the visibility and accessibility of Dutch-language
literature outside the Dutch-speaking region - to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Digital Library and Bibliography for
Literature in Translation and Dutch Literature in Translation - to strengthen international cooperation and establish strategic
partnerships for DLBT and DLIT
The following persons were appointed as members of the board:
- Mr. M.H. LE CLERCQ as chair;
- Ms. Annika Karin Marie JOHANSSON as
secretary; - Ms. Sofie Rose-Anne Wim ROYEAERD as
treasurer.
